These terms govern your use of the Shawn's Fleet Power Washing website and the services we provide. By booking a service or using this website, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide mobile fleet washing, mobile car wash, industrial cleaning, pressure and soft washing services across Ottawa, Gloucester and surrounding areas. Service availability depends on weather, location and scheduling.

Quotes & pricing

Quotes are estimates based on the information you share with us. Final pricing may be adjusted on site if conditions differ from what was described, after we discuss any change with you.

Booking & cancellation

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. Late cancellations or no shows may be subject to a small trip fee. We may also reschedule due to severe weather or safety concerns.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept e-transfer, cash and major debit and credit cards. Late payments may incur reasonable interest as allowed by law.

Customer responsibilities

You agree to provide safe access to the vehicles or property to be cleaned, and to remove or secure any fragile or sensitive items in advance. Please let us know about damaged trim, decals or surfaces before we begin so we can adjust our approach.

Liability

We carry general liability insurance and take care to use the right pressure and chemicals for each surface. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose parts, deteriorated paint, faulty seals or items damaged due to undisclosed conditions. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Use of the website

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt to gain unauthorized access or interfere with its operation. All content on the site, including the duck mascot, logo and copy, is owned by Shawn's Fleet Power Washing and may not be used without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
